1. Who we are

Resser Solutions d.o.o., based in Zagreb, Croatia, operates this site. We are the data controller for any personal data processed here. For privacy questions, email info@resser-solutions.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the project estimate or contact form, we receive the details you fill in: name, company, email, phone, and your project description (budget bracket, timeline, scope, build types). We use this information to reply, scope your project, and follow up on the engagement. Providing this data is voluntary; without it we cannot respond to your inquiry. Submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, typically up to 24 months.

With your explicit consent (the Accept button on the cookie banner), Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data: pages viewed, session length, country, and device type. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. If you do not accept the banner, no analytics requests are sent. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following grounds under GDPR Article 6:

• Contact and project estimate forms: necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request (Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics: your explicit consent (Art 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
• Essential storage (cookie choice, booking modal state): our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional (Art 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies and third parties

This site stores two small values in your browser’s localStorage, both first-party and essential:

• Your cookie banner choice, so we do not re-prompt you on every visit.
• Booking modal state, to keep the call-booking dialog from re-opening.

We rely on these third parties:

• Google Analytics 4 – loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. Anonymized usage analytics.
• Google Apps Script – delivers the contact form submission to our inbox.
• Google Calendar – the booking link opens calendar.app.google in a new tab when you click “Book a call.” Nothing is shared with Google Calendar unless you click through.

Fonts are self-hosted via Next.js. No Google Fonts CDN, no analytics CDN, no third-party chat widget.

5. International data transfers

Some of our processors are based in the United States: Google Analytics 4, Google Apps Script, and Google Calendar. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google is DPF-certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. 6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• restrict processing in specific situations
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• withdraw consent for analytics at any time
• lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, www.azop.hr) or the supervisory authority where you live
